What began as a shared love for food and southern hospitality became a dream come true for me and Jack. We first met years ago while working at a cozy seaside café in Long Beach, Washington. I was the pastry chef known for my peach cobbler, and Jack was the grill master who could turn any local catch into something unforgettable. Over countless late nights swapping recipes and stories, we realized we both dreamed of opening a place where people could slow down, enjoy good food, and feel right at home. With a little courage, a lot of faith, and plenty of heart, Georgia Peach came to life.
Every dish we create carries a piece of that dream. From slow-smoked BBQ to homemade desserts that taste like family gatherings on the front porch, our menu blends southern comfort with the fresh flavors of the Pacific Northwest. We’ve poured our hearts into making Georgia Peach more than just a restaurant, it’s a space for connection, laughter, and good company. Whether it’s a date night, a family dinner, or a spontaneous stop while exploring the coast, we want every guest to feel like they’ve just walked into a friend’s home.
Outside the kitchen, our hearts are deeply rooted in this community. Jack and I love being involved with our local church, volunteering at neighborhood events, and supporting small-town traditions that make Long Beach special. We believe that food brings people together, but it’s the people themselves who give a town its flavor. Georgia Peach is our way of giving back—one meal, one smile, and one story at a time.
